Bayson R, deformed lip

From the looks of it.. it's not defective. The top mounting tab was wavy too when I got it. That's how polyurethane is, it's super flexible. You just gotta heat it up and bend it back into shape. Deformed or not, still 41218951x's better than the cheap ABS plastic..

its a big lip ship for free... what do u expect... an enormous box so it wont be folded or bent???

mine was bent too when i got it... took me a verylong time til its back to normal shaped...

but at least u wont need to buy another lip unless u change car... the poly u will withstand scrape like crazy...

and if u bump or rub too much probably ur bumper is the one gonna fall off first... LOL

i got mines 2 weeks ago, it wasnt bent but yeah same thing vent was deformed. jus gonna do what the paper sez

Your lip is perfectly fine. You answered your own question. Heat it up and it will come back to the true shape.

My lip came like that, I put it in the sun for a couple hours, and it went back to the right shape. Of course I had to modify the damn lip to fit my bumper tho.
