I know for v6ers, the XS Power headers are recommended, not sure about 4cyl.

Headers will make little to no difference with a stock F23. You'll have to do allot more upgrades than just headers if you want to go fast. I personally have Stainless Steel ones, and they seem fine.

I counted that he said " STAINLESS HEADERS or CERAMIC HEADER " ten times..

If you can make 15-20 extra hp with just the addition of a new header i'll sell you Vlad's narf pulleys and quadnarf intake which will give you an extra 60hp .......

You won't get 15-20hp from an aftermarket header...now if you run without a header then you'll guarantee get 50+whp, you should consider going that route instead.
