QR code stickers for your windows that bring you to a members ride thread when scanned with a smart phone!

has this been done before? i searched but couldnt find anything. it seems like it'd be pretty easy, i know you can make a QR codes for any web page, then you'd just have to get it onto a sticker(and for people who don't care for looks you could just print it out and tape it to the inside of one of your rides windows)

what do you guys think? no more walking up to a nice accord in a parking lot and wanting to know who owns it or whats under the hood, just scan it with your phone and pull up their ride thread, and BAM! a list of every mod, under the hood pics, and who owns it, doesn't that sound awesome?

^+1. Unfortunately sooner or later that web page would fall into the wrong hands.

One reason I haven't put my car on more mainstream sites like Car Domain, etc.

that is true, you would be taking a risk by having one, but you have a risk putting wheels on your car without locks, having visible mods like cf parts, and having a honda in general, we're already pretty susceptible to theives with our cars. but your right, you might be showing off your ride thread to the wrong people, you could always just add LoJack to your mod list:D

I do agree with the concept though. I have wondered many times what might be under the hood of a car at some shows. Every time I see a hood shut I just assume it is stock, but then when a car that is assumed stock drives of at insane speeds and sounds like the turbo is about to suck the world into a black hole, it makes me wonder why the hood wasn't open.
