you COULD diy it but it will be noticeable. x1093 if youve never done body work before.
try pulling the dent out with a plunger cup, replace the bumper clips/tabs if possible, and go from there. bondo will be required, as will a proper paint system. if that intimidates you, take it to a pro.

bring it to florida and ill fix it for you, otherwise. body shop, no compound gonna hide that, youve screwed up the inner structure of the quarter under that bumper. its going to require a professional
