Bumper coupe wars: 98-00 or 01-02?

^nice i have an 02 se and just order the lip and a grill ..i will b coustom makeing mine sense i love the 01-02 bumbers way more than 98-00... fully ba even if i haveta fiberglass tha topof the lip to give it the oem look...as soon as i get done with the second time go, do this NOW, army training i will be showing my end result :smash:

so it takes a little more work to look a lot better
then just slap her together and call it aday

bc there is less out there for the 01-02 make it more fun to come up with something diff.

Before 98-00 Bumper

+'s
removable grill (Euro Accord)
OEM lip

-'s
ugly a$$ oem fogs (imo. My civic ones look butchered)
hard to work with mods because it contours (ie cornering lights)

Current 01-02 Bumper

+'s
oem fogs look better (imo)
cornering lights install proplery (bumper sides are straight)

-'s
bumper and grill are one piece
need to mod the oem lip to fit, although not too hard a job to do. I decided to go type R

There are +'s and -'s to both personally I like the look of the 01-02 better looks cleaner and flows a lot better imo. Do whatever's cleaver and works for you. Im going to get my bumper moded so i can use my grill. Its just a pain in the rear finding someone who will do what you want to achieve the look that I need.
