Of course. You could just wrap one filter with the dryer sheet, or maybe place it under the filter on one side. When you get in there, you'll figure out what you want to do...

what you might want to do is dont put the glove box and stuff back for a few days. Drive around and use the filter feature to see if that scent is going to be overpowering...if not, THEN put all that stuff back.

Good idea...im gonna look for something that lasts a little longer than a dryer sheet. did you put anything in yours?

I don't even go to autozone anymore because most of the people that work there are idiots.
I got my filters from the dealer, and it was under 20 bucks for both of them. 18something I think. But I have a pic in my member's ride section that shows you how dirty the original one was. It was bad.

Thanks bro youre always a big help

i did mine when i got my accord, a couple months ago. def worth it, just took some time. I've never had to take so much apart just for 2 filters lol. anyways, mine were dirty as hell, and had leaves all in the air box. i vacuumed and wiped it out best i could and washed the trays the filters sit in before re-installing the new filters. def worth the piece of mind the fresher air i am breathing.

Bumping old thread because I replaced mine today and the vents move WAY more air. Mine were pretty bad and had a bunch of crushed up leave parts in it; at least 25% more flow now! And with it being summer it should make a huge difference. I ordered the Fram cartridge replacements on closeout from rockauto with 5% off coupon for $12. Best $12 I have spent in a long time.
