i got my s-tech for $170 canadian

and i dont think i feel riding a horse with my s-tech

Prokits and stock shocks. Your ride will be as good as stock (i actually will say it's better). It should last you. And it should be about $250 for everything including alignment.

^^$200 basically covers 80% of the springs out there.... prokits? hhm.. try eGay or optauto.com... i know tht site has some good deals from time to time

i'd like whatever will give me a moderate drop (1.5" ?) and won't kill my stock shocks.

are pro-kits the best option? or is there something cheaper that'll work just as well?

people can say what they know from their experience but it really comes down to how good YOUR stock shocks are, a moderate drop (1-1.5") on good condition stock shocks will be fine but it comes down to the conditionof yours

just do a search. you can find used **** all the time for cheap. unless you dont feel comfortable doing business with an individual then you can buy your stuff from a company. here are some skunks and konis for 300. just a heads up bout what else is out there. also check on www.accordtuner.com

maybe it's just harsh on my celica... never rode in s-techs on the accord b4... i think 00accord4cyl just took off his prokits.. ask if he still has them

If I'm not mistaken, the S-Techs are not a progressive spring, which may be the cause of a harsher ride. But, please correct me if I'm wrong on this.
