I have no idea what the problem could be.
when im backing up in reverse and brake i hear a clunk. its getting louder

At what point are you hearing this? When you shift into R? When you are moving in R and then depress the brake?

moving in R and i hit the barke to stop, hear it, then wait a sec and put it in D4
it does it at random. but frequent.

Your car is in Park...you press the brake and shift to R, you let go off the brake to move, you press the brakes again to stop and hear the clunk???
If so and i'm understanding you right, do you have drums in the back? or discs? if drums i'd say open them up, clean and re-adjust them and close them again and see if noise is still there.
I had something similar happen to me and after cleaning them up been good for 7-8 months now.

yes
ex is the only model with rear disks

it sounds like its coming from the front though

In my case im not really 100% sure what the sound was coming from directly. But from taking the drums apart i noticed the drum inner ridge had formed quite a bit on rust on it and so had the outer ridge on the shoes. After sanding that away, cleaning things up with brake cleaner, putting some anti sieze behind the shoes and re-adjusting them its been poifect ever since. I usually take the drums off, clean things up in there every summer/winter start.

Nikkaa you never know, you could've done a rear disc swap for all i know and not told anyone...hence i brought up both ways.
It doesn't take that long to take the wheels off and inspect things behind there so i'd greatly recommended doing that, plus if that doesnt fix your issue at least you can eliminate one possibility and know your brakes are in good order now though.

Check your motor mounts, most importantly the rear motor mount and front mount (stopper).

i used to had some clunk noise, when appling brake while moving reverse, it came out front radius bolts were loose
