Coil Overs vs Springs

I'm in the process of deciding which to buy coil overs or springs i'm going to go with Tein and I was wondering the advantages and the dis advantages of both. Please help. Thanks.

no dude i know that, ive just been told by friends that coil overs dont hold up as well as springs do.
