Stock block - stock internals

Stock block - forged internals

Sleeved block - forged internals

What size turbo, psi, etc....it all matters.

I wouldn't personally go more than 12, maybe 12.5

So if I was to get Custom K20A3 Pistons Rated at 11.5:1 those would work?

If you have a k20 then it'll be 11.5, but you don't.
