be like it is
if you're going to be so cheap as to only buy front lowering springs and cut the rears, just leave it alone.

again, if you can't afford 4 ksport springs now, what are you going to do when the shocks blow? and once its lowered, you're going to go through ball joints faster. i'm not even lowered and i've changed my lowers twice on each side in 5.5 years ($30 x 3...one was warrantied...plus tool rental which requires a full retail cost deposit, around $100) and i'm putting in a new upper control arm today ($145). consider an alignment? $100 or so...or chew through tires quickly, as well as ball joints and wheel bearings.

and regardless of motive, you dont even have a place (and i'm assuming tools) to do the work...

I seriously don't understand why people come into this forum, asking stupid questions, then insult the people who frequent this forum, AFTER they give him/her answers.

dumbass.

If you're broke, and you don't want to spend much money, then why the **** are you fixing up a car you don't give a **** about? If you're that broke where you're considering cutting springs, then just sell the car. You obviously need the money.

is this your only vehicle? if so you really should consider doing just a take apart, and put back together learning experience..... i say this because struts and shocks are expensive on a budget (trust me i know, why i havent done mine) Like i said before do it right because doing this will eventually break your struts/shocks/springs and be super dangerous.... Now if this is your beater and you dont really care what happens with it you could do whatever you wanted and if something broke you wouldnt be out a vehicle... There are endless possibility with car car, customs, and restoration body work.. Regardless i wouldnt trust Ebay suspension parts... i learned the hard way.. driving home the other day a ebay "oem" lower ball joint broke on me.. which trashed my upper A-arm ball joint also.. luckly i limped it home and fixed it with a real honda one....

Completely UN-called for. We are only trying to make you realize that both cutting springs and ebay coilovers are not good choices.

Please go ahead do whatever the hell you want with your car and don't take our advice. See what happens next....

He's been a member since 2008, probably a member gave him rep for something other than good advice.
