cylinder 2 misfire code

I tried posting this on the 22nd but we'll try it again and see what happens. I have a 98 honda accord f23a1 and an automatic transmission I have been having a cylinder 2 misfire code on my car but it only happens sometimes when I start it then after a minute or 2 it'll usually fix itself and I need to know what to do to fix it i changed the valve cover gasket and replaced plugs wires cap and rotor less than 10,000 miles ago any other suggestions.. I did a compression test and it tested good on all four cylinders. I'm trying to get all I can out of this car

had the same problem about a month ago. i got a bad a tank of gas on my way to Pittsburgh. buy some high grade fuel injector cleaner and throw some 93 into it and run it all the way through. I did that and reset the code and shes been running beautifully ever since. hopefully this helps!
