Ok guys, I rewired the dizzy today using the vast schematics provided by so many 6thgenH22'rs. Come to find out my mechanic had my TDC sensor wired wrong and also didnt have the negative dizzy wire attached at all. So, like I said I re checked everything, re wired the mistakes he made, and BOOM, it fired up. I let it idle for about 2 min, and it was like music..lol. The mechanic I had doin the swap was worthless, after giving him a plethera of diagrams he still couldnt get it right. I get the car running and iam paying him...so go figure. Well he will do some tiding up and a few other things and I will pick my car up this saturday, I cant wait to feel the difference.
Here is my mods list as the car stands:

JDM h22 OBD1
Short ram intake
Aftermarket 4-2-1 header
MSD blaster coil
MSD wires
Xenocron chipped Ecu:
custom h22 basemap, crossover 4400, redline 8K, no speed limiter
Uberdata 1.7 repack tuning software

PICS........very soon!!!!!!!11

Ok, took it for another ride today, being that the mechanic said he finished all the sensor..........wrong again, he is still missing a few. He was supposed to switch the tps sensor and wire in the rpm output to the tcu, he didnt do it again and the tranny is shifting sparatically, and my temp gauge isnt working so my fans arent either. But I will get all that straight with him monday. I took some pics of the engine today. Drove it around for a while a parked at a gas station to check the idle, then returned to the shop. Here are some pics:
