Okay, today the motor was lifted back out of the engine bay. I was originally going to leave the old timing belt on, but after consideration decided that I need to change it and all the rest of the assesory belts and seals. Basically, I was taking my own advice in making sure maintenence was 1st priority. So I went to the dealership and ordered it all, which came to about $350. It kinda hurt me at first, but then I thought, if that timing belt were to break or water pump fail, $350 would be the least of my expenses....lol

maybe I should stick my intake tube in a can of water hydrolock, claim it on insurance and grab a cl-s engine/tranny

H22 Header just arrived. Looks good, will have to get it welded to downpipe for fitment. That stock one looked awful. We will sandblast the valve cover as well and give it 9 coats of gloss red high temp (1000 degrees) paint. Should look nice on my san marino coupe :D stay tuned
