Hey, I have a 1999 honda accord lx automatic with an annoy tick that I can't decipher. I have done 2 valve adjustment but nothing has changed. It runs and drives good but the ticking/knocking noise bothers the hell out of me.

Here's a video link of my engine

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Can't watch it right now but .. Exhaust leak ? Or maybe it's just your fuel injectors :)

Ha don't scare me like that. I change my oil every 3000 miles. The knock occurred after I did a valve adjustment which was sometime ago. I redid the valve adjustment about a month ago but the noise still.occurs.

I have the same problem. I think you just have to fine tune the valve adjustment.

May sound crazy, but while you have the valve cover off, take a good long look at the camshaft. I had a progressively bad ticking noise a while back that turned out to be a hairline crack in my camshaft. Never got it properly diagnosed to get fixed and it ended up snapping and warping my head.

After a fine valve adjustment and looking for leaks the car still have a knocking noise. The noise seems to be coming from the timing belt cover area. Could it be a bad tensioner? I replaced with a new one about a month ago with my timing belt tune up.

Yes.

Could be a bad harmonic balancer (tensioner) or not properly installed. See if your belt is loose.
