will any tranny fluid work to put back in?

Kind of. You gotta be carefull cuz some tranny fluids are designed for transmissions that don't have yellow metals etc and could eat through certain parts. Just gotta make sure the fluid is compatible first and then any brand will work.

Just grab some honda MTF or ATF whichever one you need, then theres no doubt and the new stuff is pretty good I put it in my MT and love it.

i agree that shouldnt be the problem. honda said it might be the egr valve or the trottle bottle. but idk how to get the egr valve off. i barely got any tools so i cant figure out how to remove it. also if i tried to pull some slack out from the o2 sensor do you think there will be enough there to reach my cat?

naw if you got a test pipe and its pointing down your outta luck same situation im in....i just ordered a set of o2 extensions from that site that blkcurrankkord posted they are out of stock and have to order them......yea i was thinking egr valve somehow it made my car run similiar to that but not to that extent......you should be able to take it off wit a socket i think its only like 2 bolts....not hard to do.......i picked up a used one for cheap on ebay.........or with throttle body cleaner spray and clean yours..but your betta off buying another egr.......good luck.....for you and your tranny since u ran it with no fluid

Have you checked the distributor cap? I have had the same thing happen to me once and it was just a distributor cap. Also, check the plugs and wires.
