Hi,

I've searched the forum for about an hour now, and I've grown tired of it. I just need to know where the Euro R sedan front bumper cover and fogs can be had. It appears that modification wouldn't be needed, so please fill me in if there are any fitment issues I'm not aware of. I'm assuming there are members here who have done this swap.

I also found a thread discussing the Isuzu Aska front end(which I prefer to the Euro R), but it doesn't seem anyone has done this swap. So, I won't ask.

Also, I read in one of the stickies above that the 01-02 sedan tail lights will not fit 98-00 sedans, and I'm just curious why.

I have a 2000 sedan.

Thanks!

01-02 tails don't fit on a 98-00 because there's a secret button where the tails go on the 98-00, and only the 01-02 tails can set it off and make the car catch fire...I mean if you want that to happen then by all means go ahead.

Thanks for the info.

I said in my first post I had a 2000. I said that for clarity, the car belongs to a friend. He isn't going to like hearing that, he had his mind made up on the 02 tail lights and he just paid for a trunk lid off a 99 that had a spoiler.

This Euro R stuff is making my head spin.....is it EDM or JDM? I see Euro Rs listed as one or the other all over the place and now I'm not really sure which it is. I'm trying to figure out how many variants there are.....I've noticed at least two different Accord front ends labeled as Euro R.

Let me break it down like this.

Here are four different front ends I've found that are all labeled "Euro R":

The last one is identical to the Aska's, and is the one I'm interested in. Now, how would I identify all these different bumpers?

ummm i'm not sure how correct this is but its what someone told me about doing this change ... in order to do this you would have to change the bump hood and fenders and still have to do some custom work.... also take a look at how the front fenders are see how they stick out more ... also the molding wont be 100% ... someone was selling the entire front for $600 + $750 of shipping ... i decided it wasnt worth it do you think it is? "If you want it that bad it'll be cheaper to buy a flight over there buy the things and ship it to urself" word for word thats what i was told from a guy that makes a living on doing conversions

Noobs answering Noobs. Lawd help us all.

Definitely not a direct swap. If you're worried about getting the wrong tail lights, you're MILES away from doing this type of front end conversion.

You're looking at JDM Torneo / EuroR and EDM Accord TypeR. They have different fascias.
