go with a h22a1. itll be cheaper for the over all cost of the engine...
but do you plan to go all motor or boosted? built or just swapped in with bolt ons? itll help us help you..
crscntryaccord.. honestly building a f23 is pointless unless its being built for boost. i havent seen one all motor f23 pass the 225whp mark. so why not go with an h swap.. use oem internals and make an easy 225+ accord.
