WTF are you talking about. Step away from your car right now.

again...WTF are you talking about.

It's just my opinion. I don't like piggy-back systems. But I have taken in consideration from what you previously said. Thanx.

yes there are many other cheaper options, but IMO there are more people that are experienced and certified along with a better warranty and support behind the AEM EMS than others, plus its really not that much, i got mine for under 900 bucks brand new in box through someone on H-T.... just my $.02

Im not saying aem ems is bad. I think its great. you have alot of support with it. and if you have problems you can call up aem and get help. its pretty hassle free from what ive heard. Im just an extremely cheap guy, and even if i had the money. i like look for cheap ways to get around things. I turboed my accord 2 years ago for less than 900$. It ran great. i just keep blowing up alternators because of the heat, and i had a bad oil leak because a i broke a oil pan bolt in the block. so i got rid of it. I just think that obd1 is a great affordable system to control their fuel and ignition.

Completely agree with you OBDI is a lot easier for tuning fuel and ignition and are way more cheaper ways for anyone to do tuning or anything! It's the hassle i dealt with of switching wires and stuff.... i just found it easier to go with the best because too many times i have gone cheaper with especially motor parts, and have gotten f***ed in the end....

I've just always had a philosophy that when it comes to my motor or any 'moving' part or something that controls those moving parts, I want something thats best of the best, and guaranteed to work and work well...

Now i know anything else can do the same thing (the other EMS options out there) i just had too many problems with motors in the past (several years worth and more than a handful of blocks)... that its just my philosophy...

but i agree with you too.

Well most of us have DEQ to deal with, so OBD1 is out of the question for me.

Oh god, do i feel like a moron :eusa_wall:

So I live in MN, and because I have no emissions I just automatically think that everyone else is the same. So that is very true, it is completely different issue and just ignore me if that messes with DEQ (emissions tests) to deal with.... ha.
