Factory suspension options?

Months back I put my car back to stock and apparently my stock shocks were blown (I used them for about 1k miles with H&R race springs) The car rides like a boat now, so since I didn't end up selling it and my sister is driving it I want to fix it so she has a safe car.

So what are my factory like suspension options? I'm thinking of buying KYB struts as they are only about 200bucks unless you guys have any bad stories about those
I'm going to replace my springs also, are there any alternative quality springs to the oem ones? as the factory ones will come out to about 250bucks

if anyone has a low mileage stock setup for a 6th gen 4banger let me know
as i'm not allowed to post in the FS section.
I was a longtime member of v6p.net using the same alias

thanks for the advice

i need to stay stock height, for alignment and other issues
my sister is not a careful driver, she doesn't take bumps and driveways slow

and since my car was lowered, now my front ball joints and rear camber tie rods need to be replaced. they took a beating when I was lowered and now the front wheels are shaky especially under acceleration.

the accord isn't engineered to be aggressively lowered, oh well I had plenty of fun with it :)

Im on Stock springs and Koni Yellows. It rides soooo plush, but still handles pretty well. I miss my 10k springs on exits, but I enjoy the car so much more for daily driving.

I wouldn't mind koni yellows, but they are pricy.

95k is too high, my stock ones have about 70k on them

I just don't feel like uncompressing and recompressing the springs again
I want to put it all together then throw it in the car to have less actual downtime.

Willing to go up to 1 inch drop but nothing more, if this car was for me that would be a different story,
but I drive a mazdaspeed miata now and i'm building that out to be a hybrid between a daily and a track car.

Just get these then:

http://www.tasauto.com/Product/Detail.aspx?s=6348759&d=897&p=1

Obviously you don't care about performance.

thanks for the link, that's fairly cheap
odd that it shows fronts only and no rears, maybe i'll give them a call

how's their initial and long term quality? I'm not familiar with TAS parts and how it compares to oe stuff?

also for those of you who are local and have bought parts from
www.HondaPartsCheap.com how are they? and do they hook you up when you buy a bunch of parts?

thanks for the help guys :)
