Don't need to say anything all the good advice has been given. I use 10w 30 High Mileage (my car is over 120,000) 10w 30 is good for areas that have warmer climates where as 5w 30 is better for cooler climates.

Sure does! Although most people I guess don't have the room/equipment to do the regular oil change, tire rotation.

Many car dealerships are using 5W-20 now because it supposedly improves fuel economy. Even though our cars have 5W-30 on the oil cap back when Honda did my oil changes, they were using 5W-20 oil. I really don't think it matters especially because our cars are Hondas. I've run both oils in my car with 135K miles and both did what they were supposed to do. All I would recommend you do is to get a K&N filter. Our cars use an HP-1008 filter. It's a couple bucks more expensive than a honda filter, but I don't think it's a lot to ask for a little peace of mind. I finally got to cutting open a honda filter and a K&N filter the other day and there are differences between the two. The K&N filter in my opinion was built better.

I use Wix or PureOne, whichever is cheaper at the time of purchase. According to BITOG, they're both pretty good filters. And I use either Mobil1 synthetic or Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30, with a 6k OCI.
