How do u guys get your fogs to fit flush? I have a gap on mine in the top round part. When you look at the car from the side you can see the side clip. What's the secret? I have adjusted mine two times already and the gap is still there.

Finally after buying and selling civic fogs for over a year, i put a set on the car.

For the mounting of the fogs on the bumper and the cutting all thanks goes to 02_VTEC_SE for all his help/time and effort. ...Thanks jonas :jarred:

I finished all the wiring stuff today after going through all the civic fog diy threads on here and actually spend about 1h to 1h30min getting everything done and tucking everything, wires and etc away so it's all neat and tidy...ended up taking out the airbox too in the process. As for the fuse slot I ended up using #1 accessories slot and upgraded the acc fuse(4th down) with a 10A mini fuse.

Pics below include the way my wiring kit came and how i hooked it up, along with some pics of the fitment, fogs off/on, fogs with highbeams and drls.:action-smiley-042:

^ I think all the latest ebay civic fogs come with the same harness i used, hence why some of the previous pics show a different harness. Glad it helped though:peace:

stunna, did your "to battery" connection have an "O" connection on the end? as if a screw is to be put through it. where did you tap for power?

Yes it did, i just ripped that o-ring and connected the wire to the battery positive. I'll take a pic of things in the engine bay in about 10-20 mins when i head out and post them up later...but it's actually pretty easy.

One thing i did though is not connect the power wires until the end, after checking everything twice including grounds and etc.

Do you have an I4 or V6...for I4 the rubber plug is right above the gas pedal from inside, or from outside its to the left of the brake booster. U can pop it out from inside or out, up to you.
