Grinding noise when turning right

Just wanted to know if anyone has any idea what this problem is. It sounds like a grinding noise, rubber or gears rubbing off one another when I turn right and accelerate. The noise seems to be coming from the passenger side.

This noise ONLY occurs when i turn right + accelerate (at any given speed)

This noise DOES NOT occur if i turn right and NOT accelerate (at any given speed)

I have swapped to stock tires and still the same outcome.
I changed the MTF 10 months ago.
I change oil regularly
This problem was evident 5 months ago but wasn't as bad as today.
I checked all the cv boots and no leaks
I had my lower/upper/ball joints replaced within the last few months or is under warranty - no free play when i checked them
I have checked my suspension and it's okay - no leaks
I did hammer the cv axle a month ago but the problem was already present at the time.
Could it be the axles going bad? Does the axle make such noise? Could my tranny be going bad?
Im planning on doing a MTF drain and fill this weekend.

sounds like something is going bad on the left side since it makes the sounds on right turns under load

So you're saying that when i turn left the differential is putting power to the outer wheel - which is right side wheel. I don't hear any grinding noise when I accelerate and turning left.

When i turn right and accelerate, I hear it.

IF i go on straight accelerate, there's no noise either. So you're saying it could be the bearing or the cv axle.

I don't think it's the ball joint because it was recently changed and i don't hear it in the driver side. I hear the grinding noise in the passenger side when I'm turning right.

ball jints don't rotate unless you're steering, so it's not that.
They usually make clunking noises.

when you turn right the weight shifts to the left side, and since it only happens when you're in the throttle it's almost certainly something in the left front.

If it happened all the time when turning right I'd suspect bearing, but since it only happens when you're on the throttle I'd really suspect the halfshaft.

Oh, id like to say that i just realized that it only ocurs at certain degrees of rotation.
Ie. it may happen at 180,275, &360 but not at 45,90,125, etc (just as an example)

So it could be the half shaft?

Not trying to thread jack, but reviving this thread.

I've been noticing a similar noise every time i turn left. Regardless if I speed up or not. Could this be a bearing issue?

Have a mechanic check your verticals.... Seal may have been busted releasing your lubricants inside... Hope this helps
