H22 head on F23 block

Nothing that you would really notice without a dyno. Prob in the area of 2-4 hp. Wires and plugs give you nothing but an even electrical flow. Exhaust stuff gives you very little. the engines are so restrictive that it is tough to squeeze hp out of them. the only way to really see gains is by an NA build or FI.

it could be more or less tho, u dont know. u could have lost compression somewhere down the rd...

I most likely did and now I have 109 at the wheels instead of 112
