Specifications Bore × Stroke: 86.0 × 97.0 mm Displacement: 2254 cc Valve Configuration: SOHC, 16 valves, VTEC Compression ratio: 9.3:1 Max power: 150 hp (112 kW) @ 5700 rpm Max torque: 152 ft·lbf (205 N m) @ 4900 r

the h22 head swap is doable, but i haven't read up on it in a while. i have seen that setup in real life and it was pretty powerfull IIRC.

but i do remember it being an obd-i swap so they could eliminate alot of useless and interfering sensors.

i reccomend reading up on the swap on cb7tuner, but be prepared to hear alot of negativity about the swap. they hate the f23 more than we do :lawl:
somebody on here has this project completed
think its erick123456

also is the parts list Roy has for his h23non vtec/f23 , the same as a h22vtec/f23?

Plywood Front Splitter, Courtesy Of Top Gear! Dont catch it on fire though. But anyways... Ive Got the f23 vtec, Dc sports headers, Injen intake, Gutted cat, and 2 1/4 exhaust. It feels pretty much the way it did before, But it sounds like darth vader at idle, and is SOOOSOOOOooo Droney inside... Im probably making like 105hp to the tires. lol

Hey guys heads up you do realize with the restrictions in the stock f23 you actually lose hp by buy adding a wider exhaust pipe because you loose back pressure just thought I'd let you guys in on that lol

after viewing a few of your post in here.. your g23 build doesnt look promising.

learn to search ppl. even a simple google search woulda pulled up Pirate's (from honda-tech) g23 build. that thread is almost a DIY.

and darksideaccord from here has done the build. PM him and bug him with questions.
