does anyone know the toque specs on the plates above the cams? and the order to torque them down?

Buy a Haynes manual. It'll be your best friend.

Here you go! from my Prelude FSM.

Make sure the sleeves on the cam plates are placed correctly in their hole. If you start tightening them down you'll bend the sleeve in and then you're in trouble.

now i can break it down even more now and see what pistons are in it.
will be taking lots of pics.might come in handy for somebody one day.
