I've heard stay away from the SH, but there's plenty of info on H motors here so give it a search.

The Prelude SH has a separate assembly for the ATTS that mounts on the back of the block. It essentially does away with the standard intermediate shafts and therefore won't have all of the correct points to mount the shaft. You'll need an adapter plate made that bolts in place and gives you mounting bosses for the intermediate shaft. You'll also need a water pipe from a non-SH Prelude as that's another main difference on the back of the block for the SH H22A4. The different sensor locations can be worked around by extending wires if needed. All in all, it's not a worthwhile swap. H22As are dirt cheap and devoid of all of the SH hassles.

What you said previously? No, it's not. They will bolt up to the Accord transmission. I think you're confused about the intermediate shaft and a transmission being the same thing.
