It all just depends on the value of your car and if there is so much percentage of your car damaged.
Just take it to get an estimate and see what they say. I'm guessing you have insurance right?

sounds like its totalled to me. i had silimiar damage, and i was boarderline totalled, and my car had 82,000 miles on it. but i didnt need a tail light
