...taken a look at some of the ridiculous body kit pictures on websites? Like, the sample images of what it would look like on your car.

Some of them I just can't even believe someone would actually put it on their car, and think it looks even remotely good.

Like this poor Grand Am for example:

It's a finished vehicle. Why spend money on such a horrendous kit and wing? Plus paint!?

One big reason people do crap like that is because the worst looking stuff is the most affordable. For a couple hundred or less someone can make an ordinary car look different than other cars of the same make/model...and for some reason they get satisfaction from that. Problem is they don't realize it's tasteless and gaudy.

Many a car has been embarassed by fake vents, altezza lights, and terrible body kits. It's a generation thing, where it's a fad to have an outrageous looking POS. A lot of kids are growing up not understanding what working on a car is really about. Thanks Fast and Furious.

yeah i know exactly what your talking about lol, today i seen a DEP accord.....altezza lights the spoiler was taller than the car HAHAHAHA, and the body kit was barely scraping to road and wow what a disaster, and then a orange accord with like the decals all over..FAIL and when they see my car looking clean as hell with bright hids they just laugh because they think im looking at their car and getting jealous hahaha
