Headers Questions

The heat shield wouldn't fit after i put my headers on,It might be different with different headers but i'm not for sure.

the threads for the screws come casted in the stock manifold.. so unless you rig up something, its not going to stay.. it will deffinitly cover it for what you need it to do, u just need to figure a way of getting it to stay lol

Yup and just by looking at the design there isn't anywhere for you to create new holes to mount the heat shield without doing any damage to the header. I would recommend against any compounds to use the heatshield to stick as that area is extremely hot and most compounds would not be able to withstand the heat. And you want to make sure that it would be removable in the future as well. I would just get the DC Sport Ceramic Coated header. You can always find some cheap ones off Craigslist for cheap and if there are any cracks just have a muffler shop reweld it for you. Plus, they're carb legal and the ceramic coating helps absorb heat so that's always a plus.
