Finally got my first set of HIDs!
DDM Tuning 6000k with the 35w slim ballast
The pictures make it look a little more blue (android phone camera)

When I first put them in. It was really sunny outside too.

Compared to my high beams which are Sylvania Silverstar Ultras, soon to be Luminics

And at night with my buddy's MK3 Golf, we ordered them together. Same color and ballasts.

About to get a set of 6000k from DDM. I have a 2000 Accord. Will I need to add on mounting brackets as well? Advice appreciated!

I have the 6000k from DDM with the 35w slim ballast. I didn't get the mounting bracket, instead I used a pair of skinny zipties and strapped the ballasts through the holes on the bumper support thing behind the headlights.

I put a nut and bolt through a hole near the bottom, then used some braided steel wire on the top. never had a problem.

8000k HID. Got them about two weeks ago. The iPhone makes them seem brighter and bluer than they actually are. They're more of a bluish-white color, not THAT much of an intense blue but still look great.
