I had the same problem in my RSX as well, that and flickering. I called ddm and they told me to bump the fuse up 5amps.
The good thing about honda wiring is they wire bigger than they need. I wouldnt recomend pushing over 5 amps tho just to be safe.
I would say go with the harnes and do it right the first time.

For clarification.. bumping the fuse up 5 amps isnt because its blowing the fuse, but because its not getting enough power flow to fully complete its job in time. The balast is timing itself out due to the bulb not ignighting to protect itself.

I will do try that as soon as i get home from school. Just to make sure i understood you, do i switch the fuse for the headlights?

if u look on the ddm website, their should be a color chart. but to answer ur question, 8k is more blue than 6k, if theyre both 35w.

Not sure why this is, but I compared a 6k ddm bulb next to an 8k ddm bulb (both on 35w slim ballasts) and the 6k was actually closer to blue and the 8k was more white. I'm definite on the temps they're supposed to be because they're different size bulbs.
However, I did hear that the more you leave HID's on, the bluer they get.

if you had to go with a bigger fuse to stop the flickering on your RSX go with a different kit. xenondepot and retrosolutions are just 2 examples that are completely plug and play, no need to change fuses.
