bump.

yeah i just sat and read all of this.

so the 6th gen 4cyl dx haz no vtec. didnt know that.

anyone know if the DX was the only trim level that came 5spd?

OK
To answer your question, all 4cyl 6th gens were available with a 5 speed manual tranny or a 4speed auto.
The V6 models were standard with a 4speed auto. No manuals were available

Now I WILL do this.
I am going to give you a small, light, temp ban for two reasons

1) bumping a 4 year old thread
2) Your answer could have been resolved with a simple search

You have been here long enough to know that a search can answer most questions.
If not, simply starting a new thread would sufice.
Judging by your annoyance on this board, this ban should be much, MUCH longer.........

Gonna just lock and stick this. That way it is easily viewable to people who want to read it, and as a warning to people as to what can happen when you bump old *** thread to ask a question that is easily answered through a simple search.

Kinda like in the old days when they use to decapitate people and put their heads on a stake as a warning to potential aggressors.
