Update:

I tried to sand prime and touch up the corner area of the bumper but the color didn't match completely. The decal I ordered didn't lay flat because of the corner curve or the bumper. So after 15min of tracing and cutting my 3M 3m Scotchlite vinyl...

The decal is not perfect but it will have to do for now.
