How do I cut the shifter shaft (auto)

Very funny.. ha ha ha. Actually, I wanted an OEM shift boot, but my buddy gave me that one so I figured I'd just put that on there for now:eek: . It actually doesn't look too bad in person.... but it does look pretty bad in the pic.

i know it's not a short shifter but i got this shift boot from ebay for 7-8 bucks shipped. it's not a bad deal. just the yellow stitching is gay. i WAS going to overlap it with some black tread but it takes too much time... for a guy.. haha

Yeah, I saw that one too.... I really liked it, except for that yellow stitching. Mine was free so I'm not really at a loss. I still have to find a better one though....

at least his shift knob is better than mine. LOL! plus, if he DID made the boot, he would get a +1 for the effort to make one! i can't stitch worth s***. haha
