These are called overfenders. They're a fiberglass quarterpanel you rivet to your stock one, and then you hack away at the metal quarter panel to make more room for wider/lower offset wheels. Basically, once you do this, you don't go back. If you get these and don't get different wheels your car will look seriously stupid. The only purpose of them is to run crazy sizing.

Thanks guys just thought it would be interesting to see if its possible to do it on the cg but not that sunk in didn't know it was an over fender

It's a cool mod but a lot of 240 owners regret it in the end because they have weak quarters made from fiberglass basically.
