So my function and form type 1s just arrived, I was just wondering if there was anything i should know about before putting them on and making it low. I do know that ill probably have to roll my rear fenders but is there anything else i should be aware of?

yes there is,
1. pictures must be posted.
2.no matter how low you put it, it's not low enough. so take off your rims and put that frame on the ground.
3.your whole driving style is going to change. so if you think your Brain Earl Spilner say good bye to that!

"Can you go down low, all the way to the floor..."

Do you have a coupe or sedan? Depending on what size wheels you have (most 18's wider than 7.5" and certain offsets on sedans require rolling or trimming of bumper tabs). You shouldn't have any clunking if everything goes right during install. The only things that usually cause clunking are bad ball joints and broken endlinks.

Give it a couple days after install for suspension to settle, retighten all bolts, go get an alignment.

Im so excited for the install. I will most certainly be taking before and after pics. I wont be able to slam it yet because i have a noname ebay header that hangs way too low because it has no mounting bracket. But were still going as low as we can now. Once the new header and hopefully catback is on it will be slammed.

I know with fnf type 1s you can lay the frame on the ground and lift the wheels up lol

The only thing im worried about with slamming it is driveways and speed bumps. And we have quite a few railroad tracks around here.
