a lot of it is simply dependent on how devoted you are to your school and work. if you're willing to put in the time and effort, then it's not that hard to accomplish. you just have to be willing to sacrifice most of your personal free time in order to do it.

its hard/tiring but in the end its worth it......you'll have a degree you can take with you anywhere....thats my priority though......maybe other people have priorities to get in higher positions in their already well-established jobs

I've been going to UC Davis for the past four years and I'm about to graduate. I've started working since the middle of my second year and I've been taking a consistent 15-17 units per quarter while working about 12 hours a week on campus.

I've tried to work and do school, it doesn't work for me at all. For awhile, i was only working like 5-10 hours a week, it was fine, defineatly manageable but since i didn't really make money, i just stopped. For me, it's very hard to balance personally. If you are working alot, it's hard to be focused on school, if you are putting in alot of units, it's hard to get through work. For me, i personally just can't do it.

I started college in 01 and i still have a year minimum. Hey, as long as you get through, your good. I dropped out for awhile though.
