when its slow. so im always pissed off. but im past my drive like an asshole phase, only did drive like an asshole because it was 5 speed and i was happy 
as for smoking and driving, i never smoked while driving, but drove after the fact, but i was always mad nervous, glad i quit teh ganja 3 years ago
