Was the noise you heard a clunking, just at random times? I have a clunking like something is in my trunk, but it's not items rolling around. Also, my endlinks and sway bar are all intact. The springs are sitting perfectly in the coilover tophats. I can't figure out what it is either..

the euro scene has been doing it forever haha.

well the import scene has really stepped into this trend an idea that was hugely frowned upon (the beginnings of the wrong fitment crew is one of the best examples i can think of), i wasn't specific enough, my bad.
I also would assume the VIP look has been around a while, but as of recent years i say its popularity has vastly increased, just like the "hellaflush" look.

If you watch my other video where I said endlinks are touching shocks, they won't be hitting them, they are moving together with the shocks. They will rub but won't make the noise and if they would it would be totally different one.

I've also found some videos on youtube, where megan, F&F, K-Sports, Teins made the same noise.
