I'm a fan!

I'd love to do a Special "K" NA after you mister :hihi: I'd do it on a new body though - maybe a coupe! BTW: What trans are you using? Keep up the nice work!

Yeah I was contemplating on this also.. Just a k24/20 Frankenstein, I/H/E and Kpro would be fun enough for me.

They have a shop about an hour away from New orleans called Hybrid racing that specializes in K series swaps in Civics, integras and stuff.. I'm going to talk to them to see if they are up to the challenge once i finish pharm school.

damn dre looks great! you going to be at pauls over the weekend at all? I'll be back in va till around 2 on sunday.

I might come over this weekend, I just got back from dropping my manifold off and my friend's teg at Paul's tonight.

I'm most likely going to look like a numpty for asking this, but I can't see where you are going to connect the waste gate. Will that be added onto the manifold later on, or are you running an actuator on the turbo??

Not even man you have a damn good eye lol. Here is the same mani below with the tial wastegate flange welded on. I did not want mine welded on cuz of fitment questions I was not sure of so I got extra straight pipe and elbow that we will weld our self once we see how everything fits the damn Tial 44mm wastegate is big as hell.

Not sure how much and since I'm not doing most of the hard work I'll have to ask Paul but he's always willing to help out those in need for the most part.

that manifold is sick dre. i cant wait til everythings done, i bet you cant either haha.

Tell me about it bro haha.

how much is this all costing you? All custom parts or are these parts manufactured?

Some parts are custom I have not done the math but it's not pretty and I don't want to even think about it haha.

For sure it would I'll be running I've seen a few in accords and other cars and that's even enough to keep you happy.

I got a few parts from Hybrid Racing William and David are great people and they make some of the best parts for the K series swappers.

Sure Mike very soon lol...

Well we made some progress yesterday installing the motor and manifold and other parts trying to see how everything fits before we do some fab work and more clean up of the engine bay before paint. We found out it's a little more work then it could be for instance the wastegate fitment is going to be tight but will work and will be welded on top of the manifold facing the turbo, the manifold fits well but the downpipe coming off of the turbo will touch the brake booster lines unless something is modified which will be done.

Unlike Civic's & Integra’s there is a lot of engine bay room but not so much in the back since the placement of K and J series motors are unusually more further back the those cars which is why these issues happen. 7th gen 4cyl radiator fits well in the car but it could be a little shorter but fits very snug under the hood. Catch can brackets, front engine mount and a few other things will be done in the next few days here are some pictures from last night.
