Is this a bulb seal, Vent Seal, The rubber housing seal? What can I do to get rid of this? I used so much butyl I know it sealed.
I'm trying to attribute it for the temp and humidity change. But If it doesnt go away?
And for the hell of it?

foggy beam shot..

I had something like this happen to my headlights after black housing it.
What i did to test if the problem was the seal was to tape all around the headlight edge. soon enough i realized that there was a problem with the seal (adhesive/leak somewhere).

It looks like it has condensation in the lens on the left side at the bottom.

Either a leak or there is some kind of residue that is on the bottom that is making it fog up..
Might check the lower end of it and use some rtv clear silicone to seal on top of the seal that is already there. Just my two cents.

I had that happen to one of my tails but if it had any liquid in it..it would fog up. You might have had something on your hand or maybe even the paint wasn't dried yet..idk

You got some condensation and you're fking pissed lolz? Relax
You either...
-missed a spot on re-sealing it
-used silicone inside and that could be the gasses silicone releases when heated

What you can do...
-take them off and reseal them again
-take the highbeam bucket rubber...cut 1/4 of it and put it back on. throw some silica packs(tied together) inside through the high beam bulb hole overnight to absorb the moisture currently inside.

All you need to do is reseal that one again. As said before, you missed a spot. It can be a pain in the *** to seal them properly.

I don't know what you sealed them with but I'd go get some factory glue from Honda that they used to seal their lights. I think it is called "Hondabond" Or that might just be their liquid oil gasket.

I figured I could skip the silicia, They did unfog after the heat left. I didn't use any silicone, I know it heats and leaves residue. I know the h1's arent exactly airtight.

I guess I'll run them on and thru a carwash, I'm just scared that If I do that, the other will start being tempermental. Other than that, a Nice sharp beam

Are those Morimoto MH1 Projectors? Note that the bulb hole does not have any gasket to seal the bulb and projector. So that could be where the moisture came from.

In my case, I had to put something to cover this area to prevent water leaking in. I ghetto rigged it with some gorilla tape and it has not leaked since.

BTW I put my TRS sticker in the same spot. lol
