Each year we have tried to meet up before but it always fails. So the best option honestly is to just try and get the cars together once we are in the meet. Usually around mid-day people start leaving for food, pics, etc so the lot will empty out some.

Also to get a good parking spot you want to get there incredibly early, so unless you are staying with other accord owners, it would not be a good idea to meet up before because entering the speedway is always a HUGE mess. I think last year it took some people hours to get in.

They way I remember it, at least for our group, was that the gates open at 8. We got there around 9, waited maybe 25-30 minutes in line, then got in and were directed to a row of cars, where for the most part we parked next to each other, though a few got lost. Then a few hours it cleared out a little and we all united.

This was on Sunday though. Probably more crowded on a saturday.

Btw Eric, are you going home that weekend, or will you still be in Cbus? If the latter we could cruise down together if you want.

Yeah during our pillow talk he mentioned the name of the store but that is it. Congrats on the job. Are you moving up to Ohio? Or do they have a head quarters in Nashville?

Agreed. Was the inside much more crowded on Saturday? Maybe if we all cruise from the motel together we'll get in together. Or maybe we'll get separated and have to move the cars to one spot later in the day.

Either way I plan on being there for saturday this year, which may mean taking off work friday and driving down that night. Cuz last year I got there sat afternoon.

Saturday is more crowded. Meeting before the meet seems frustrating and irritating however it could be possible. I'd love to meet before so we could park together however with people's varying time schedules it would be pretty hard

Yeah I did not go Saturday last year because of work. But if I remember correctly they had people parked everywhere in the center, and almost the whole track had cars parked on it from the pictures I saw.

But now I am not taking pictures of the models haha. I wish, and am actually going to try and see a photoshoot before I leave. I am on the supply chain side of the business. Right now in the international transportation department. So I rarely get to go to the design side of campus where the pretty people are haha.

If everything goes according to how it was planned, I will be back in Nashville by July. But who knows, since the goal is for this to lead to a full time position somewhere.
