While it appears that they have fixed the issue with the transmission mount, they have quite a bit of work to do on their customer service quality. To say it's sub-par would be the year's biggest understatement. It has been a month and I have put in over 6 calls and 4 emails with the simple request: "I have a set of your $350 mounts sitting on my table that I am not able to install because they do not fit my car. I noticed that the mount I'm having trouble with has been redesigned. Please arrange for a replacement to be sent out when I return the incorrect mount." Nothing...still nothing...
