Your putting an external power antenna that is going to strip the linear gear after a while because it looks cool? *cough* fugly *cough*?

The switched to a window antenna FOR A REASON, but to each his own. :peace:

here's another problem that has arised...

where would the fuse be on the radio be at on the stock 6 disk?

i may have possibly burnt it.

under my hood fuse. the back up radio one was burnt.

so i put back my old radio for tomorrow to pick up a different fuse.

so i put it in an turn on my lights and see the old radio lights turn on too...

turn the on switch..i hear my antenna go up. and i push in the radio code and it works?!

soo i'm i'm kind of afraid i burnt the radio...so where would it be at?

The amount of dimming isn't controlled by the dimming wire. It's a setting on the HU itself, mine has 3 auto levels and 1 manual level.

For the record, the radio fuse should be on the back of the radio.
