increased the upload file size limit for signatures to 200,000 bytes which should be more than enough. not allowed to upload animated sigs though

ok so were not allowed to have animated sigs, but can regular members have animated avatars?

I dont want to necessarily report someone who doesnt have the "6thgensupporter" under their name. Is that something to look for? How do I tell if they are a donating member or not so I can report them.

Never had a problem reporting people... but I'm not on here very much lately so I don't really notice them... If the picture looks kind of large check it out and if it is over the limits report it ....fairly simple :)

Size limits are 500x150 for regular members, 750x150 for donators
