As Andy said, completely different car.

The 2G TLS had the J32A2 with 260 CHP, and the 3G TL has the J32A3 with 270 CHP.

Have always loved these, definitely my next car even if I don't get it till 2015 lol. I rarely see that color too, definitely stands out among the rest.
