Hey man, I know you're pretty down about stuff right now. But I just wanted to say keep your head up. Things will get better. :) And c'mon..... your car is sick, regardless of past tranny experience. You know what you're doing now, that in and of itself is well worth it IMO. cool stuff. :)

Couldn't have said it better.

As annoying as it can be to hear, just try and keep your head up bro, and like others have said, it could have been a lot worse. At least by it going when it did, you were able to get it to your dad's, get a better tranny on the cheap, and have it up and running again soon

Wish I could do half that **** lol

i wish my trannys were cheap, 1500 min for rebuild with the same gears which means break just as easy, oh well, down side to suby. that sucks but then again you got an h23 tranny for what you said was cheap. good luck with the rest of it.
