quick ques.. what sidemarkers are most of you guys using? i typed in honda sidemarkers on ebay and a bunch of different ones came up.
EDIT: do the "flat" or the "dome" ones look better?
ive been wanting to do a cheap mod.. and after seeing this thread thought it be the one.

BB6/EK9, S2K, Integra, or JDM Accord ones. BB6/EK9 are the most popular and in my opinion look the best. BB6 are the ones I have on my car.

Some people don't use Honda ones at all, BMW has some nice ones as well.

Awesome post man! I agree the top ones look the best, but which end of the sidemarker goes toward the front of the car?

EDIT: Impossible to rep in eye candy haha I forgot.
The correct way to mount the BB6/EK9 sidemarkers is actually with the wider profile end forward, and the narrowing end backward. I remember originally when Justin (JMillerUA6) had his Accord, yearssss ago, he mounted them the reverse with the narrower side forward because it looked good as well. Really depends on the preference of the person on how to mount them!
True too - Roy (DarkSideAccord) has M3 markers on his sedan!
Jdmcg3 - yes this may be a 'cheap' mod, but you better know what you are doing with a dremel and be good at measuring symmetrical lines and levels. Also the prep work after you cut out the metal in the fender that you do to prevent rusting of the metal is crucial.

Alright, wasn’t sure if there was a certain way the housing reflected the light in terms of direction or something.

There is a certain direction, the reason the BB6 ones are mounted the wider side forward is because the bulb protrudes there and is reflected at a backward angle. You CAN see it from the front, but it's designed to show more towards the back.
