k24 in 6th gen accord

Hey guy's... I'm seriously angry with this obd2 to obd1 Bs... and having to mess with emissions testing... So, now that I'm done complaining...

Has anyone done this swap? Hasport makes mounts for the 5th gen... how close are our mounts to the 5th gen mounts? I want a tsx engine/tranny with the civic Si LSD.... just build it and boost it after I can make up the cost of the engine/tranny...

Does any one know... or has all hope been lost on performing this??

Man this thread was seriously revived, a year old but I dont remember which mount it is but one of the mounts from the Hasport 5thgen kit needs to be fabbed or something for the motor to fit!

Then again if it were possible to do a K series swap without any hassle (meaning if theres parts out there already available) alotta guys would have it. But for now i'd say go TL swap with a 6-spd.

The Tl Ttype S/CL type s engine tranny can be fit into the i4 engine bay?

I know it's not monetarily a "good" cost return... but the K series is quite a bit more advanced than the F series... I wouldn't mind doing the swap with boost... aim for more power than I could make out of the boosted f23, and over a broader spectrum....

^^^No on TL unless you change the k-Frame to v6 and change the mount positions then it becomes a hassle!

unless your car already came setup for the v6, its not worth the hassle to put one in...with all the stuff you have to change/rearrange
